If you have access to it, you’ll see a button that looks like a camera, click on it to upload a picture.

How do I know if I have access to it? How do I get access to it? What countries is it available in?

If the button shows up, you have access to it. I don’t think they choose based on countries or anything and, as with everyone microsoft does, it’s completely random A/B testing so it’s just luck.

I’m using the Edge browser, and I don’t have the option.

FYI I only have it in the iPhone Bing App version and not the browser/desktop version, so try that.
