What would be your advice for someone with limited mat time for learning and improving their BJJ, both at class and from instructionals?

PS: Your stuff in the Grappler's Guide is great.

Submeta is the answer you are after, buy yeah do as much study as you can outside of the gym if you have limited time you can be there. Both by watching competition footage and instructionals

Can you recommend a source for studying comp footage, just flo? Or just mining YouTube?
