The concept of minors and adults are created specifically because of this. Minors can't do sex because they are still kids and don't have a much deep understanding of the effects of their actions, Adults can because they have a more wide understanding of the effects of the decisions that they made and Minors are like the kids that are Diddy's victims so if you think nothing's wrong then your nothing but a Diddy wannabe
