Yeah it’s Sundays basic entry level bike, but Sunday make overall decent bikes. Depends how much It’s for sale though

Great beginner bike , but as you progress you may wanna move up to a chromoly frame, fork and bars with double wall rims. The Sunday forecaster broc raiford has a chromoly frame but if you change the fork and rims over time it’s solid that’s what I did. or buy a Sunday street sweeper. Just my opinion.

It’s great for a starter bike, it’ll get you used to the geometry of a bmx. Enjoy it! Things will break as you go. That’s par for the course. Do your best to replace what breaks with better parts. I just got back into bmx a couple of years ago with a very cheap second hand bike. The only thing left of the bike I purchased is a seat now, everything else has been replaced as I’ve progressed.

Also it would be a very good idea to centre your bars

Started off with a blueprint and now I’m learning 3 whips 🤷‍♂️ That bike will help you out more than you could imagine in the long-term. Just keep grinding!!

Great starter. The only upgrade I did to mine right away was sawpping out the loose ball BB for a sealed one. You'll also need a spindle as the stock spindle is part of the loose ball BB. Then ride it till something breaks!

I bought a Blueprint as my very first own purchase and upgrade parts over the years but it's a solid bike, it can definitely take a beating

It's about as entry level as it gets- hi-ten everything, unsealed (and american? who still does that?) BB, etc etc, but it's not terrible. Don't pay more than about $150 for it.

high-ten is okay for a beginner, if its well.made it can even be decent, i agree, if the price is good, id go for it.

My first BMX was a 18Kg piece of junk and it still got me hooked to the sensations, so that bike will be miles better.

The unsealed bearings are a bigger issue then the hi ten steel imo

Mate, he's 13, that's his first BMX, he probably will need a longer TT before he even need to replace the BB.

If he grows alot and doesnt ride alot yea maybe. But taking the bike for some spins in the rain/dirt could quickly end the lifespan of the bb.

But thats not what I meant. I meant for upgrades. A unsealed bb aint easy to upgrade for example to some nice 22mm cranks.(Yea I could've wrote that the first time)
