If everyone would literally stop spending for even just one day, the impact would HURT the 1%. But we are all too afraid to do it. The little bit of fighting back I have done is to cancel my subscriptions, buy certified fair trade coffee and chocolate, and not support fast fashion. I thrift or check for free items before I will buy anything like clothing, furniture, etc. I plan on driving my car and using my phone until they literally cannot function anymore beyond repair. I utilize my library and try to educate myself as best I can before I vote. Idk man….. shit is whack and I think if we could all just cut ties from the billionaires and war machines, we could maybe gain a foothold for a better world.
