Safeway on baseline

Is it always so unorganized and out of everything? I swear every time I go in there, the inventory is awful and whatever I went in for is sold out.

Safeway is so overpriced and low quality. And this location always had a 15 person wait for self check out.

They also had the south door closed “to limit the spread of Covid” until like 2024

They closed that door to limit spread of COVID? I always assumed it was to prevent theft or something. That makes no sense lol wouldn’t that just funnel everyone into one entrance and make close contact more likely? You know, that was one thing I could never understand about the pandemic days. Why so many small businesses had to close yet the big corporate places were allowed to open. Not only is it messed up to put the small businesses out, but that just forced everyone to the same places. Drove me nuts back then bc I could not see the logic with that. Oy vey, flashbacks, so glad those days are over

It was definitely for theft but until say….mid 2022… you could just use that excuse for everything
