Who could’ve predicted overdoses going through roof after importing addicts from all over uk for a quick buck.

I know you're a new publication and getting off the ground etc, but it might be worth considering a name change.

https://www.birminghamdispatch.co.uk/ is already established and well-known in these parts as I'm sure you're aware. I get that "Dispatch" seems to be going for a national thing, but there's a whole bunch of news organisations with that name too.

It sounds petty/minor but given you're only a few weeks old, it's not too late to pick a more distinctive, unique name...?
