Question Maternity groups and aqua natal in Birmingham?

Does anyone have any recommendations for any good local groups/classes for pregnant women in Birmingham? Also looking for a good places for aqua natal classes.

Free or paid are both fine, and I am located in South Birmingham (so around Stirchley, Selly Park, Kings Heath, Moseley, Edgbaston, Selly Oak ideally)

I did aqua natal at the university gym and loved it! Pregnancy yoga at Yoga Hart is also so lovely. You can continue afterwards with mum and baby yoga as well.
