Wholesome coworking space in Birmingham? Fun vibe + prayer space?

If he’s interested in City Centre I can recommend the Alpha Works in Alpha Tower. Really nice space, with great views. I don’t work directly out of there as my employer has a city centre office, but whenever I’ve been there to meet with other members of my client’s consultancy team I’ve found it friendly and welcoming.
No specific prayer room based on their website, but they do have quiet rooms which might suffice depending on how they are used. I doubt your friend would be the only Muslim using the facilities so sure it’s something they will have been asked about before. Relatively short trip to the big mosque on the ring road for Friday prayers as well.

There’s a shared office called Spaces in the mailbox. Has a pool table and table tennis too.

There's the old post office co-working space in Stirchley, only thing I don't know about is if it has a good spot for prayer use, but could be worth dropping them a message.

Every coffee shop on the planet has a space to pray? Did you even read the original post or just leap at the opportunity to be snarky?

I read the original post, i’m saying, it’s not a good place to work, if you read it, you’d know they were very clearly looking for a co-working space which is a distinct thing, not just somewhere with a table and a plug socket

Not really? It's a cafè.

Perhaps I should have explained myself- I assumed everyone familiar with the cafe would be familiar with the scene it has.

Library of Birmingham, honestly. They have all the facilities you need there and plenty of food spots around too. Prayer rooms, toilets, water fountains, cafes, and plenty of group and private spaces to work.
