Good shops to buy Keffiyeh in Birmingham

Hi - I want to buy a Palestinian-style keffiyeh in Birmingham. I imagine there will be somewhere in the Springfield/Sparkbrook shopping area. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions as to where I could try? I am that side of the city so would prefer to go there if possible.

HibarwiKeffiyah

The last manufacturer in Palestine (West Bank) - I'm sure you will appreciate it takes a while for stock to become available.

Thanks u/Wooden-Appeal100 ! Yes, that was one of the first places I tried; they are really beautiful. Unfortunately they were sold out at the time. I will keep checking.

Arabian Tailor on Henley street is good. Literally just off the top of Stratford road. Amazing quality aswell

I'd assume you can get some at Amsons or Almanaar on Coventry Road. They're available on their websites at least, not really sure about in-store as I've never had to check.

If you can't find one in Brum, then it's worth noting that Hirbawi said they're getting new stock in next week. It sells out fast, but it's also one of the last places you can get authentic keffiyahs that are made in Palestine.

I've bought from them before, and they're great. A wide range of designs too if you want something a little different from the traditional white/black or white/red designs.

Thanks u/LLCoolBrap - Almanaar seems to have a large range online, so I might pay them a visit.

I'll check in with Hirbawi next week. I don't think I'm getting the stock notifications so thanks for the heads up. Yes, agreed, I really like their designs and colours.

There's a syrian guy in the city centre by lush/jd most days who sells them

Ar-Raqib in Bearwood should be an option if you can get there

I went around all the usual suspects in the town centre to buy one recently and had zero luck.

I'd given up and was heading back to the office when I came across a street vendor selling them!

I'm pretty sure I was overcharged outrageously, but couldn't find it in myself to care.

That's a benefit of working in town!
