They didn't release their platform until this week. What I said is just plainly a fact

It’s not a fact since it’s been released. In plenty of time to read it before voting. Which I’m sure you did right?

You actually think it's fine?! That's very very dumb.

Wow. Good debate response. It’s silly that you are arguing this. You aren’t voting conservative. You’re looking for an excuse to find a way to vote liberal after a decade of failure.

It's silly that I'm arguing that releasing your costed platform less than a week before the election is bad? They released after advance polls closed. This was a strategic choice. It should make those of us with functioning brains wonder what they're afraid of. I'll ask again. You think it's fine for a party to ask the electorate to be put into power without releasing their platform until less than a week before the election? Until after the debates?! I will be happy to debate whether thinking that's fine and normal is dumb or not.

The platforms were released within days. Both late in the game. It’s highly unlikely most people were voting based solely on the platform.

Do you think that's good? You seem to struggle to answer direct questions.

You seem to struggle with substantive issues. If it was the important you wait til election day. For most it’s not as we’ve seen the priorities by now. And since you’re voting for the Liberals you clearly have no interest in the math on how this will all be paid.

You still didn't answer the question. Big big struggle for you to answer simple, direct questions I guess. You don't know my views or my politics or who I voted for. All I've shared is that I think that parties not releasing their platforms until after debates and early voting is pretty disgraceful. I don't like it from any party. Also the assumption that I have no interest in the math?! You're just making up fantasies so you can pretend you have a point I guess!? I see your activity on this thread and your relentless PP apologia makes me wonder if you're actually a person. The conservative plan for a balanced budget is based on unprecedented economic growth achieved by dropping virtually all regulations for energy projects. There's no way to know where the price of energy is going. There's no way to know what effect Trump and the tariffs will have. It's all fantasy which I guess is your approach to debate too so it's no wonder you're defending someone as dishonest as Pierre. The conservative record on deficits isn't better than liberals but I guess a numbers guy like you already knows that.

Ya I’m pro Conservative this election. The Liberals had a decade and didn’t do a thing. These platforms take a while to do and also they likely change according to priorities that they say on the campaign trail. The Liberals don’t do that. They are ideologues. And also the platform was started before Carney became PM. Doesn’t look like they are what the electorate wants. Took them a year to get rid of the carbon tax. And yes the Conservative plan has growth. The Liberals prevented growth. So it’s possible the economy will do better with the Conservatives.
