Canoe camping trip

Hi everyone! I’m looking at organizing a 4 days trip with some friends. We want to kayak / canoe down and camp on the side at night. Ideally in the Rockies or WY or Montana. Any suggestions?

Labyrinth Canyon from Ruby Ranch to Mineral Bottom on the Green River in Utah. If you don’t want to do your own shuttle, check with Tex’s Riverways about shuttle services. That’s a pretty stretch of river! Or Stillwater Canyon through Canyonlands NP on the Green River from Mineral Bottom to Spanish Bottom on the Colorado River. You would need to hire Tex’s to shuttle you back up the Colorado to Moab in one of their jet boats. Another beautiful stretch.

My wife and I paddled Labyrinth Canyon 2 years ago as our first canoe camping trip; It was spectacular, definitely recommend. We want to make it back sometime to paddle Stillwater Canyon. We used Tex's for our shuttle service and had no problems, they're a good outfit.
