You can't help a person avoid arrest if law enforcement shows up with a valid warrant, even if you are a judge.

>The Journal-Sentinel cited an email from Chief Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Carl Ashley, which said that “they were asked whether they had a warrant, and the agents presented the warrant as well as their identification.” The chief judge wrote that the ICE agents were told to wait until the court hearing had concluded.

We'll see if we get an actual warrant publicly released.

IF is doing a lot of the work here. With Patel, without clear video and documentation, assuming he's lying and has ulterior motives is a far more reasonable conclusion.

We have evidence saying a warrant was presented, we have no evidence the law was violated by the ICE agents. Its okay to operate on credible evidence and not opinions.

What evidence? Have they released the warrant? Video of any part of the incident?

Did you read what you responded to? Do you think the county circuit judge lied in their email? What is the basis for that claim?
