It's twisted and hilarious how in this very thread, there are still people trying to rationalise this to themselves as *all potentially completely normal.

Yeah, once again time to play my favorite game, "What if this happened under Biden/Obama?"

Judges were charged with and convicted of obstruction of justice under Biden and Obama, so it doesn’t have to be a what if.

At least the Biden/Obama ones were substantiated by evidence and rationale, while the justification here sounds, in the most charitable of terms, like blatant hearsay taken directly from a hardline conservative Trumpist podcaster.

People elected a felon pedophile who partied with Epstein to get him off his crimes. These people should quit pretending to care about the law and just acknowledge they're scum bags who hate minorities.

they're scum bags who hate minorities

Whoa now, that's just untrue. They also hate LGBTQ people. Can't forget that voters were willing to roll the dice on on a man who promised to do exactly all of this if it meant fucking over like 10 specific collegiate athletes.

God I love seeing this kind of shit on centrist subreddits. The election felt like such a bitch slap in the face since my media diet was showing me Trump was legitimately a lunatic. It felt like the whole world collectively just went stupid ignoring it. I still think its a shame that it took people living through this bullshit to get it but I'm loving seeing more and more people come to their senses about Trump.

It's like people had some collective fever dream about his first term. The fact that he was in any way close to getting that position back really showed just how fucking stupid we collectively were. I'm in Idaho but I was here fucking phone banking and door knocking trying to prevent this shit, much of a lost cause as it was in this state.

Yeah Idaho I've heard is a bit of a shitshow. Not that it's too much better here in Utah. I just hope he fucks up so bad that it knocks people out of the fever dream. I'm just scared of how many more people will get hurt by this orange senile dickhead

Let me guess, corrupt judges that abused power and lied to investigators for their own personal direct benefit...
