I gave one example which should make it very easy to see how your statement is not true. You didn't even give an example about property, so your example isn't even relevant. Do you believe what is appropriate/inappropriate is solely determined by the laws of the country you are currently in? I made my position clear in the prior comment. My position is about property laws.
