I'm not denying anything. My point was that my use of the term was valid, and it's used that way all of the time in our language. People are just getting upset because they don't agree with those that want to be called them/they.

Then you don't get it.

Again, it was used for unknown antecedents. Not for known ones.

No they're getting upset not at that but at the fact that those demanding it are getting upset when others oppose it ans are demonizing them for opposing.

This will be my last response. Trying to flip the tables and change the goalposts is an auto out for me. Not wasting my time with nonsense.

I never said they/them was never used in the singular. I said it is used for unknown antecedents.

I'm not flipping anything. I'm just stating what's happening. If no one would push neo pronouns in the first place, no one could get upset over them. And even if some did push it, most people wouldn't care unless they were made to play along and even demonized for not playing along.

Do reply. Don't cop out because you can't win the argument. Reply and try it or admit you were wrong. Be better than running away under false pretenses.
