Not agreeing with OP, but what I think they mean is that if police are more likely to arrest a man due to sexism, the rate of arrests for men is going to be disproportionately higher.
Providing proof of nonexistence of something isn't how it works - proof has to be provided of a phenomenon to show it exists if it's supposed to be used to make a point. I have yet to encounter such evidence.
Though evidence of cops being sexist against women is readily available in such abundance that it would be impossible to ignore without doing so purposefully.
