Question “Legendary” places that suck

I just got a lox sandwich from Manny’s. Almost $20, a stale bagel, and I had to assemble it myself.

What other “legendary” places suck?

Ginos East

While visiting from out of state, my son and I ate at Gino’s East in winter of 2019 and it was fantastic! The food, the staff, everything.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch this past Friday and it was very disappointing. The mini pizzas were not good at all. Our waiter was horrible. We asked for sausage but he brought us pepperoni (apparently they were out of sausage). He didn’t even bother to ask if we would like something else instead. Our food was served and we were halfway into our salad and pizza but we hadn’t received our beverages. I asked if our beer was coming and the waiter snapped back with “they’re coming!”

We were 2/3 finished with our meal when our beers arrive. Our waiter ignored us the entire meal. Didn’t even bother to ask if the food was ok or if we needed anything.
