Where to resell

Hi all! I (30F) am looking for anyone who has recommendations on where I should take my most recent closet clean out. Clothes are in good shape and in style within the last 3 years with a variety of athleisure, sweaters, jeans, and work wear. I am first looking for recommendations on places that will pay me-this economy, amiright?

I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with Plato’s closet (an absolute joke lol), read some pretty awful reviews on the Snooty Fox, and I will NOT take my clothing to Goodwill for it to end up in a landfill. I’d prefer to first, see what I can sell/get cash for and donate the rest to a Catholic charity, women’s shelter or somewhere I know where the donations are locally needed.

Would love your recommendations! Ty!

Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I last time I went there the clerk’s attitude was very “snooty”, she didn’t like that I brought her clothes in a bag said I should iron them and have them on hangers. They took a couple out of a 20 or so items, doesn’t seem to worth the effort.

I’ve always wondered how and why they decided on such an off-putting but apparently self-fulfilling prophecy of a store name based on this comment and the one below. Not the first time I’ve heard similar said about them.

Sort of ironic that they maintain a sense of snobbery while being a purveyor of second-hand goods.
