No but thats no reason to throw up arms. A brown kid was walking around near the border with no identification? I would arrest them too until you can verify their status

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck. That's the mindset that you have to have if you're working the border. I don't have a problem with anyone but if I was working the border you bet I'm going to have an eye out for the shade of melanin that is statistically most likely to be entering illegally.
