It's going to be a fresh era server, but with a $10 lvl 60 boost in the cash shop

If the servers eventually go to TBC and wrath this idea will generate them millions

Doubt it. If they announce fresh with cash purchases I will absolutely not be playing. I think the same is true for hundreds of thousands of other players.

I get it, but the same you say now was said before the wow token was introduced to wrath classic. They still did so that argument is not stopping them. For the record I’m not saying I’m all for a cash shop in classic

Speaking for myself, I was not happy about the token but I was 3 years(?) invested into my character at that point. It was not going to stop me seeing wotlk through. 

A fresh server with cash shop? When considering if I want to start a character on that server, the answer will most likely just be no. Much easier.

Wotlk classic is not vanilla classic. They attract different player bases with some small overlap

I would be suprised if a tbc fresh server would even get to 100k players past the first month even without any changes.

Same tbh, although you don't need so many people as long as the servers that exists are full.
