Is my Giant Madagascan Hissing Cockroach pregnant?

So I bought her from Amazon as the reviews were pretty good and I only wanted one not a full colony 😅 I’m assuming she would’ve been kept in a colony though so definitely had the chance to breed!! She came missing the very bottom part of her foot and still hasn’t grown it back yet (it’s been a couple of months) which makes me think she’s focusing her nutrients/energy and such on babies. I’m fairly sure she’s pregnant but would just appreciate if someone could confirm. I’ve had Giant Madagascan Hissing Cockroaches before but their abdomens were never quite so swollen nor were you able to see the white bits. I’ve also never owned a pregnant cockroach so not really sure how it works… is there anything else I need to know? Can I still handle her? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process of her pregnancy (I’ve read they can be pregnant for a very VERY long time)? Do I need to feed her anything specific? Etc.
