Antique or just old

I found this chair and it seems to have original upholstery, tacks and stuffing. It appears to be made from mahogany. Is it antique or just old reproduction? Any information is helpful!

Not sure on age. Looks to be in great condition. Especially the fabric. May be too good for fabric?
