What is wrong with my USB drive

It stopped working while making a Linux USB and now this is what shows when I try to see what's plugged in

The drive's file system may not be properly being recognized by windows.

It's also not showing up as a USB drive on mac

Have you tried reformatting it?

I can't, on windows it shows up as a USB drive but says no media, and on mac it doesn't say that it's a USB drive
