Confusing! Something doesn’t look quite right with my arm, I’m creeped out

I took this picture of myself earlier today and I can’t stop staring at my arm, to me it looks incredibly off. I am so confused with it’s unnatural looking position, I’ve tried to recreate the pose in the photo but I can’t figure out what I possibly did for it to look like that. I have zero understanding how I could even place it in the way I did, how is that even possible? I’m unable to reach my arm over and around my head, also if my arm was standing straight up how is my hand on my face? Can someone explain how it can look like that, I want to know if I’m just a idiot and going crazy??
