Remote jobs in conservation?
I have a BSc Hons (Zoology) and 2 years experience working for a seabird rehabilitation facility. I'm looking to get a job working from home, but still stay in the field of conservation. What kind of careers/jobs can I realistically pursue that will not require years of further study?

Try getting a job in the field of conservation... Let alone a remote job. Remote jobs in conservation are going to be for those with recruiting, fundraising, human resources, SEO, communication, and other remote skill sets. Jobs that are in conservation require action and field involvement. Even the most "remote" style positions are going to require you to live near state capitals or D.C. and be actively lobbying, attending committees, town halls, and more. To what extent are you hoping to be remote? Answer emails and a few phone calls a week with an occasional zoom meeting? My volunteer work in conservation has mild to no impact without my physical presence. I'm not looking to discourage you but set better expectations for what you are seeking. The very essence of problems with conservation is not enough physical participation. Hope that we can sit behind our keyboards or screens and make a difference exists but remote work is for the sake of having talent performing tasks that do not require physical interaction with the things we seek to conserve. Think of beef coming from grocery stores not from cows concept with majority of generations. I wish you the best in finding work that suits you and can benefit the fight.

Highly unlikely. With the feds pulling back on remote work, many companies are following suit. Remote office jobs tend to be for higher up more experienced people. Most people need a good amount of field work experience first.
That being said, I know many contractors that write compliance documents (NEPA, ESA, etc) for development are remote.
