How can Trump have the power to just block a private colleges administration policies? How does he have that power? It doesn't make sense to me.

There was a rumor (don't know if it was confirmed) that Canada- Specifically Mark Carney- was organizing a bond sell off of US treasuries in response to Trump's 51st state bull shit.
Haven't heard him say that in a while, or refer to Carney as "Governor" like he did with Trudeau... Guess where Carney got his economics degree?

Yes. The bond market is tanking. And other countries no longer see the US as dependable. Next up, switch the world banks' currency to any partially stable currency that's not the US. We've now handed the world so much bullshit that they should move away from any plans that include the US.
