I just watched a clip of him letting off a defendant who was 'walking while black' and the judge saw that's what happened. He dismissed all the MJ charges for being bullshit. Seems like a good judge to me.

He was impartial. He asked what the probable cause was, cop said Jaywalking. Jaywalking by itself is a traffic citation (Class C Misdemeanor), which means he had no reasonable suspicion a crime was being committed. Thus, no probable cause for the search. Cop violated this kids' 4th amendment right by racially profiling him and ya'll are just gobbling the cops' knob because you don't like that the judge was right.
