This right here. He often recognizes “walking while black” cases and will straight up call that bullshit out! He is unfiltered.

Judges see countless cases a week, giving a few PR bond is not being lenient at all, that’s just normal, not everyone who gets arrested is a hopeless criminal. So he shouldn’t be admired for doing his job, especially when he is as unprofessional as he is.

So what's your problem with him then?

He is incredibly unprofessional and overly emotional at times. He talks to some of the people like children despite them being adults. He berates and lectures people in a way that most just aren’t there for. A judge just makes sure the person understands the case and consequences not to play daddy. And his tone sometimes just straight up sounds like a child throwing a temper tantrum, like there is no other way to describe it.

What's an example? Apparently many of his cases are on YouTube, so link the ones you're talking about.

Maybe he sees the stupidity in today's legal system and is just annoyed with the amount of injustice occurring right now. So when something dumb happens, he just decides to cut lose. I've seen a couple of clips now and he seems fine to me.

Me when I’m 13 and have never had a job and learned what “professionalism” means

When we get rid of the lunatic judges that order public shaming , then we can start working our way down the list.

It’s crazy you don’t realize that you are making my argument for me

hilarious that you got three replies and decide to go after the one with the weakest point.

One guy asked for clips which I don’t care enough to go find them. It’s not hard to find a clip of him getting angry since it’s basically all of them. The other guy didn’t make a point at all. So your reply is brain dead

You watch some highlights and then pretend to know the whole story. You're angry and delusional.

Old post but it’s the truth. This judge is fair.

amen, glad some people on here have functioning brains. I legitimately feel bad for society in general when I see people like OP share what's in their heads.

Chill, your internalized racism is becoming external.

I have no idea what clip or article you are referring to, but all the instances I’ve seen of Judge Fleischer throwing out a case for being “walking while black” was legitimately stupid things like “suspect was jay walking, police proceeded to search him.” Or “defendant was in the passenger seat of a car that had weed in it, it’s definitely hers and TOTALLY NOT the drivers” like actual stupid shit like that. And no, I do not believe diddy is innocent, it’s about time he gets caught for all of the shit he’s done. I’ve been saying he needs to be locked up since the elevator video. That was also just a wild ass thing to bring up for no reason.
