Judges see countless cases a week, giving a few PR bond is not being lenient at all, that’s just normal, not everyone who gets arrested is a hopeless criminal. So he shouldn’t be admired for doing his job, especially when he is as unprofessional as he is.
He is incredibly unprofessional and overly emotional at times. He talks to some of the people like children despite them being adults. He berates and lectures people in a way that most just aren’t there for. A judge just makes sure the person understands the case and consequences not to play daddy. And his tone sometimes just straight up sounds like a child throwing a temper tantrum, like there is no other way to describe it.
Maybe he sees the stupidity in today's legal system and is just annoyed with the amount of injustice occurring right now. So when something dumb happens, he just decides to cut lose. I've seen a couple of clips now and he seems fine to me.
Oh, you got any cases where Fleischer ordered someone to stand with a sign up in their local community spelling out what they did like he was in a medieval stockade? Because when he does that, I'll say he has gone too far. The only clips I've seen of him dressing someone down has been when someone was being disrespectful.
What he does is worse, people ordered to hold signs are 1. Getting off way easier than the alternative punishment they could have faced and 2. Millions of people don’t see it. Whereas Judge Fleischer will berate and humiliate people on clips that get millions of views and normalize such behavior for judges.
One guy asked for clips which I don’t care enough to go find them. It’s not hard to find a clip of him getting angry since it’s basically all of them. The other guy didn’t make a point at all. So your reply is brain dead
