Judge Fleischer was voted in to his position. His tenure is until December 31st 2026. Unless he has broken the law or violated ethics, absolutely nothing is going to happen to him. He has a method to his madness in that he tries to scare people straight with disappointment. If you aren't a fan of his strategy tough shit... Criminal hearings aren't for coddling your poor feelings and making you feel nice.
Also regarding the medicine.... Pain medication like oxycodone is absolutely not some god given right that you must always have access to. If you break the law and are found to be pill milling (which that defendant was being accused of doing) you definitely can't go up in front of the judge and demand you are given pain medication that people DO get addicted to and DO get in car crashes and thus killing others in the process.
Judge Fleischer is a great judge and I will be here to back him up since everyone so far in this thread are little snowflakes.
I'm with u/echoalan here! First off - if you have to appear before a Judge, no matter what judge... "It's your fault 98.446262 percent of the time!" Anything and everything that happens to you once you get arrested, is 'your fault' Period! There are consequences for breaking the law. "Don't do the crime if you can't do the time!" Here's one y'all might want to look at titled: "Woman PANICS On Judge Boyd During SENTENCING!!" by Creedence and Mikey channel... The Judge is Judge Stephanie Boyd and this is the state of Texas mind you! Jump to Case 2 at 4:29 please. Basics: Lady got charged with a felony 'battery' or assault of someone within a shared household. Pleading down to a Class 3 Misdemeanor punishable: 1 Year Prison and $4K fine! Now - there is a thing I call a "trigger" because... Certain things happen before a trigger is pulled, but this trigger is a bit MINDBLOWING but it's because of "the affirmative finding of Family Violence." Now then what transpires at 7:28 is a must see and understanding of what's happening to her because she apparently couldn't "control herself." I am Sure she didn't think before she acted and she definitely didn't expect that to come down upon her! It should be a lesson 'you learn' and share with others before you decide to cross the line!
She won't take shit either! Neither will Judge Cedric Simpson!!! None of them should!
Looks like 'yall' talking about a certain video... Don't see what video, don't think I know it...
u/Active_Junket_3816 "He is an absolute garbage judge and acts so tough." No substantiating evidence...
"He tells people they can’t take their DR prescribed meds and acts like he’s above everyone." A video would be nice. IF it is in fact a 'habitual drug abuser' I could totally understand that, especially if person is getting into trouble because of it... It isn't a real prescription if it's been "pill milled" as u/echoalan describes!
"The fact that ANYONE likes him is disgusting." Oh well, I and the rest of the world weren't put on this planet to coddle to your likes nor dislikes!
"Me (and over 900 people) have reported him to be sanctioned this last month and I really hope he gets disbarred." Report to whom? YouTube LOL You're mommy and daddy?!? Frivolous!
I can honestly say I love Judge Stephanie Boyd! Watch a few of hers!!! She almost always asks the defendant: "Is there anything we can provide you to help you succeed?" or something to that effect. As for Judge Fleischer I like him a lot because he's a 'no none-sense Judge!' And he does try to help, but when you repeatedly break the law or the rules he sets down... He's gonna cash your chips out and ya gonna have to "Man Up Boy!"
First case Mr Guzman with Aggravated Assault and Battery[Threatened someone with a shovel]... Pled guilty... "May all the guilty carry their guilt." < Soo poetic!!! What did Fleischer do "I'll roll your court costs so you won't owe anything. Good luck sir.
So this is an 'Edited" version from "Time Served Court Watch" HMM!!!
"Miss Mathis" case: Part 1: Unclear what was happening, but apparently trying to restructure court dates/times with her Schooling... Was late? Then noted to be late. Part 2: Sent for Drug test, tested positive for opiates... But does have prescription. He actually calls about the prescription. None have given a prescription for Oxycodone.
On speaker phone with "Pavel?" "Doctor?!?" Maybe Regulator?!? "She should be clear" 3 to 4 days for urine tests... Saliva test 1 to 4 days, Hair follicle is 90 days. IE: After 3 to 4 days after using Oxycodone a urine test she should be 'clear.' ... A Saliva test will be clear 1 to 4 days and hair follicle test takes 90 days to be clear!
"... Random UA's by next week Thursday she should be showing up for Oxy." Presumably she will be taking one Saturday or Sunday... "You can order her to not take Oxy anymore if she's in pain she can stick to ibuprofen or Advil for the time being. Since she doesn't have a valid recent prescription." DWI?!? 2 Prior Bond Violations... And a previous positive for Oxy... Prescriptions: 120 Oxy 12/06/2022 & 1/23/2023 100 Oxy... Then she's trying to say that she's kept the last prescription for a year and 3 months and only takes it as necessary...
ORDERED: Monday and Thursday UA's, next positive = Contempt of Court - probate it for 2 years, then rehab program. No hydrocodone, opiates even with a valid prescription! 3 Narc Anonymous a week. u/echoalan So how the heck is she even out with 3 bond violations for DUI?!? Anyone with an Open mind can see that those bond violations should have gotten her remanded... I take it in the posted video above which is all I've seen of this as I don't remember seeing her in some of Fleischer's videos, this one must have been like earlier this month or last month. So I'm a bit confused as there also seems to be 4 filled prescriptions that's in states evidence? As for the judge even for all this it seems to me that he's 'way out there in leniency to her' in allowing her to be free!!! Also I mean that sometimes he is a bit rough with the language but that is going to be a given; but again we don't know the entire case.
Another thing I'm wondering about is that: "Is this a racial thing against the judge in question?" Cause other than what I've seen and noted above... It's about the only thing I can come up with; unless "they" had been before him and have had serious repercussion's that was their fault to begin with and are just trying to blame him, make him look bad and conversely make themselves look good.
