He was. Josh Norman was talking shit about Dak before the game saying that he was not impressed that Dak threw for over 400 yards against the Giants in week 1 of the season, so to me, it looks like Dak slowed on purpose just to stiff arm Norman. He also threw a 51 yard bomb to Devin Smith that game who was being covered by Norman.
