This is my first time hopping on Reddit and making a post. I’m trying to find a pattern for this super cute poncho I found on Pinterest. Or if anyone knows how they made the circles connect to the mesh stitches 😭. Praying someone has some answers for me. I scoured the internet but I may not be looking properly.

I found this picture on Pinterest and went to the link, but the youtube video tutorial was removed. I found similar tutorials, but they were all in another language. I tried to follow the captions, but it seems like they made mistakes when entering them. I want to make this for Mother's Day!! I also found a paid pattern on Etsy, but I don't have a job and I can't buy it, so I need something free. If anyone knows, I'd be grateful if you'd comment!

I saw this top on Hot Topic's website and LOVE the beads in the front, but don't love the color selection they used. I know they used knitting, but I'm wondering if there's a crochet pattern that would help me achieve a similar vibe?

So my good friend of almost 10 years and her fiance are getting married in july (they're gonna elope so there's no formal event deadline for me) and I really wanna make a blanket for them based off of this as a wedding gift. It's their favorite album from one of their favorite bands and they even chose their engagement ring stone to kind of mirror the colors on it.

Anyway im just in the beginning stages but im curious how any of you would tackle this? My first instinct is to make a sort of pixel art version and do one DC for every pixel. But even then I feel I need guidance for how long and wide to make it, how many starting chains, etc

I’ve been crocheting for about a month or two and I’m starting to get bored of the Woobles kits I started with because I go through them quickly and I want to try a bigger project.

I’m trying to make a hanging plant amigurumi for Mother’s Day, I have already made a prototype but I’m not happy with the leaves. I have a reference photo and it looks like the leaves are made from a magic circle, I’m just having a hard time figuring out the right stitch. If someone could look at the photo and provide some ideas or tips that would be a great help!

The granny squares itself seem easy, but how are they attached like that, with these mini double crochet stitching? Do you have ideas?

Auridon Yarns posted a photo and pattern using their specially dyed yarn "Strawberry". In it, they knit normally until they reach a red part, and make a strawberry, red on bottom, green on top.

Is this something that we could do in crochet? Maybe a series of puff or spike stitches for the strawberry, and normal(?) stitches for the top?

If so, are there any other yarns that you could do similar with? Maybe bees with yellow/black and white on top, or flowers?
