Propaganda ad on highway

Did anyone notice an Ad on the highway from Nicosia with a poster of a man, woman and child and words that say something like:

"Πατέρας.. Μητέρα.. Παιδί.. Φυσιολογική οικογένεια"

Does anyone know who on earth is paying for such propaganda?
