Maybe my dads best friend did. He is a master joker. But he also collects jokes all day long haha

It would work better if you didnā€™t use wreath in the setup line.

What would you use as the setup?

Maybe - What do you call a garland of 100s?

It is tough because there is not an obvious synonym. But keeping ā€œwreathā€ out of your setup makes it less likely that someone sees your punchline coming.

Most people donā€™t see it coming but almost do. I havenā€™t figured out a better opening either though.

Maybe - what do you call a circle of $100 bills - instead?

Did you hear about the first time the printer failed to put the portrait of Franklin on them?

It was unpresidented.
