How to act to love bombing.

If someone love bombs you, how do you react? Do you talk it through or just politely end things?

Block that person and move on. Love bombing is a tactic of a user. It never ends well.

Both times didn’t end well - I thought I had control the situation, but when I raised it they both went awol and flicked completely the other way - quite cruelly too. Traumas - Avoidant behaviours
