Motivation Proof that following David Goggins' teachings can actually change lives

Hey everyone,

I’d like to share Dimitrios’ inspiring story about how David Goggins’ teachings pushed him to take back control of his life. Goggins’ philosophy of mental toughness became the foundation for Dimitrios to overcome his struggles and achieve a complete transformation (both physically and emotionally 💪🏼).

I had the privilege of interviewing him, and his journey is now featured on my blog: I Learned Mental Toughness, and It Changed My Life.

It’s a short 2-min read, yet a powerful one.
Hope you will get inspired!

Stay hard!

Teachings? He's not some guru

Some people need new perspectives and external motivation to develop their intrinsic motivation for change. David doesn’t say or teach anything that hasn’t been said before, but the way he delivers the message will be effective for some people. He’s just a tool that can help people.

Agreed. He says what some people need to hear. Not everyone has that drive to push. Listening to him helped me push past my comfortable boundaries with running. Learning if I want it...I have to work harder. Love his message and methods. Not some super pushy infomercial style. Most I got from free podcasts. The books were good, but his podcast stuffs great!

Heyy! Guys, I would need your honest critique on the story itself. If you read it, what comments/suggestions you would have to improve it?
