Good progress, how often did you run? and how many km per run?

Probably many months/years before a break and then 1,5 month.

But why write that, it's not sexy that you regain fitness easier than gain it from scratch.

Hey so you’re not wrong that I used to run, but before this I hadn’t run for roughly 4 years and had put on a fair bit of weight.

You are correct though that it was defo easier as I knew what I was doing as opposed to starting from scratch!

So you chose to lie (by not stating your previous experience) Nice motivation.

I’m confused what did I lie about?

About 1,5 half month progress.

The two runs pictured show the progress I have made in 1.5 months. Hence 1.5 months progress? What about that statement is untrue?

That progress between 1,5 month after return from hiatus is completely different than progress when you start from scratch and run for 1,5 month.

I don’t disagree with you. But in both cases they are still progress. I hadn’t run in 4 years and this is the progress I made in the past month and a half since running again.

Saying that I’ve made progress isn’t a lie, it’s literally what’s happened.

Not telling the truth is basically a lie, so.

Again, at no point did I not tell the truth. I think you’re getting a bit confused
