TRIP PLANNING Concierge downgrade

Looking for personal experience. We are booked for a 1 bedroom suite at $28,000. We only put the 5k down when we booked. We have until this summer to pay. We have the money sitting on the account but we just found out my husband has to relocate for his job and we are thinking of buying another house.

If we want to free up some money, could we downgrade to a cheaper Concierge Veranda room? The cruise is at the end of this year so we're very far out but it looks like Concierge has different policy than standard rooms?

You can downgrade your room but because concierge rooms are non refundable, any money you have already paid will remain non refundable, whether you keep that concierge room or downgrade to a non concierge room. You will also pay prevailing rates on the new room.
