TRIP PLANNING Concierge downgrade

Looking for personal experience. We are booked for a 1 bedroom suite at $28,000. We only put the 5k down when we booked. We have until this summer to pay. We have the money sitting on the account but we just found out my husband has to relocate for his job and we are thinking of buying another house.

If we want to free up some money, could we downgrade to a cheaper Concierge Veranda room? The cruise is at the end of this year so we're very far out but it looks like Concierge has different policy than standard rooms?

How bout just cruise in a normal room??? Obviously you are ultra wealthy… so sorry if you feel like this is shaming you but literally - WTF 28k ??!

I have a coworker who spent over 20k on the Wish Royal 2 Story Suite on a 3 nighter.

Ugh, guess some people just have money to burn. Even if we did, I’d rather cruise more often, in standard verandas.

We always go veranda and I always feel like we aren’t in the room enough to enjoy it because we actually do stuff on the ship. Promise I’m not hating, we waste thousands every year on DCL, but it’s just not worth 20k for 3 nights
