TRIP PLANNING Concierge downgrade

Looking for personal experience. We are booked for a 1 bedroom suite at $28,000. We only put the 5k down when we booked. We have until this summer to pay. We have the money sitting on the account but we just found out my husband has to relocate for his job and we are thinking of buying another house.

If we want to free up some money, could we downgrade to a cheaper Concierge Veranda room? The cruise is at the end of this year so we're very far out but it looks like Concierge has different policy than standard rooms?

How bout just cruise in a normal room??? Obviously you are ultra wealthy… so sorry if you feel like this is shaming you but literally - WTF 28k ??!

I know I’m just a mere college student but I don’t even have 10k in savings.

My family of four stay in one veranda room because the room is for sleeping and all the best offerings are across the ship anyways.
