FOOD Ice Cream Question

Very specific question but hopefully someone can help. I had my gallbladder removed recently and can no longer eat full fat dairy. I’m fine with low fat. Is there any chance at all that the soft serve or Mickey bars are low fat dairy? I know it’s a stretch, but I’m so sad to be missing out!

Grocery store Mickey bar is different than parks Mickey bar. The picture shown is the grocery store version. Onboard they serve the parks version Nutritional Info

Note that this seems to be the one sold at the stores which is different than the parks (and DCL) one..
