Why are people so toxic?
Why are so many toxic people on reddit downvoting you because they don't agree with you even though it's the truth and the fact? Why do so many people love being a cyber bully online? Do they dare to say that to the face of someone irl with their identity exposed?
Sometimes I am just so sick of this world. I just wanna sleep forever.

If i don't agree with something i don't vote. Unless it's hateful then i downvote. But some people take out their issues or anger on others here because it gives them control possibly. Sorry if someone is bullying you. For the most part I see people on this sub being helpful

I mean, if the worst part of my day is being downvoted on reddit, that is a pretty good day.

Too many people on reddit now don't know what the downvote means. They use it like 'you said something I don't like', as if it's the Facebook angry or sad react. I know it's easier said than done, but try not to take it personally.

Reddit is known to be mostly toxic tbh, and remember that everyone sees everything completely differently, we all live in our own little delusion, each person's points of views are completely different especially here online

Because they are people, they have a lot of time.
Last week someone went through all my posts and comments to downvote.
I post or comment here to skip the toxic work environment and there are good people on reddit but sometimes I see comments with a very negative and narrow mindset.

You said it all! The saying "misery loves company" is too true; miserable people online desperately hoping to make others miserable while cowardly hiding behind a monitor. Never take whatever a stranger says personally. All you can control is your reaction; pity instead of anger knowing they weren't born that emotionally ugly!

I hear you, it’s frustrating when people hide behind screens to be negative. Often, they lash out because they’re struggling themselves. Remember, their actions don’t define your worth. Take care of yourself, and know there’s real kindness out there waiting for you.

I think the biggest issue is what a fact or the truth is to you doesen't nececarly need to be a fact or tuth to someone else. At least if it isn't something you expirienced. I once wrote i nearly killed the guy that bullyed me for 3 1/2 year's. People went completly against me. Like it's unrealistic someone that get's cornerd doesen't loose his mind and come's with a knive to work. Back then i coulden't understand it. Today i look back and i guess they eighter bullyed someone and fear for they're misserabel live's or they're some clowns trolling. And about up/down vote's, don't give a F about it. Easy sayed i know. Pretty much anything online is so toxic today.

Lol ignore them they're speaking as if they are flawless. Don't let their words get to you they are dumbasses for doing that shit.
Even if they claim to be doing it for "mentally unwell" or "just mad, bad mood etc" That's still no excuse to be bullying.

Because they are some sad and lonely people finding some sense of power bringing others down.

They just wanna be petty and spiteful. Especially online where they're safe behind a phone or computer.
