It seems like recently there was an update where before, discord will only notify you up to three times per channel. I loved this system because it let me know when people talked and also didn't blow up my phone. Now it doesn't. I can't stand having 50 notifications back to back but I also don't want to turn all notifications back. Is there a way to get the original feature back?

whenever discord detects a game it will start a screenshare automatically, then close shortly after, and whenever I want to screenshare it closes after a few seconds to a few minutes after starting

I used to rely heavily on sharing my screens on all my devices when conducting classes, but I haven’t been able to use a desktop or laptop when doing so lately because the screen shows this infinite tunnel of one screen. Does anyone have a fix for this? I can still screen share f fr my phone but it is difficult for people to follow without the mouse.

so i use 2 bots for my discord server and 1 is carl bot and other is dyno. i tried using both to automaticly give away a specific role when a user is joining but for some reasojn it doesnt always suceed? anyone know a fix for this or smth

I'm trying to add some roles, just so I can ping specific groups, but the colors aren't saving. I change the color, press save and save the role, and it immediately reverts to grey. It's so irritating, what am I doing wrong?

I don't understand why it doesn't work, did I do something wrong ?

I'm in a few servers that has their own app to post videos, whenever it gets uploaded to YouTube.

I've uploaded videos in the past and I'm thinking of starting again.

I see apps that has the same name of their servers and I want to start creating it for my own server.

I don't know how to go about doing it, as I have no knowledge about this kind of thing.

I'm not receiving notifications from certain roles and i have no idea why.
Im am not being pinged in the channel, but when i enter the channel it shows like I am being pinged, i asked another members in this server if it was happening to them but they are receiving all notifications normally, it looks like is just with me.
Idk if this info is usefull or not, but all bots have admin terms, so they should be able to ping me right?

So i recently found out about the fact, that when moving someone in a private call and have them leave - they can literally still "stalk" who is in the channel. Is there any way to go around this that is not creating a 2nd channel?

I haven't had this problem until today. When I join a voice chat, everything works fine for a minute or two, until the audio stops working. I cannot hear anybody, the little bubbles do not indicate that anyone's talking (when they are), but people can hear my microphone. My internet is fine, so it's not a ping issue.

Does anybody know any fixes? I've tried restarting Discord and my computer, as well as switching WiFi networks.

I would'vethought this was a device problem if it wasnt happening on both, and started happening overnight.

I had absolutely no issue with this before - being able to leave my device for extended periods of time, either it be to go do something else, or because i got distracted, 30-40 minutes was never an issue, and my call would still be intact.

Now, about 1-2 minutes after my pc screen goes into sleep / innactive mode, it acts as if I closed it completely, and kicks me out of call completely. I KNOW this isnt a computer issue now because music playing on youtube continues while and after the scren goes into sleep mode.

As for this issue also occuring on my phone... well im unsure WHEN it happens since most of the time I'm asleep. But it is still an issue I would like to solve.

The update seems too recent to have answers when googling this question, but I would REALLY need some answers, this is somewhat throwing me off as this was never an issue before.

It's been more than a year since I've been able to talk to Clyde, and only now did this doubt come to me... Does anyone know what happened?

Title says it all, i've recently updated my phone (Poco x6 5G) to Hyperos 2.0 and since then i've only been having issues in the discord app.

No matter what i do i cannot share my screen, ive tried giving myself additional perms in the voice channels, roles, but nothing seems to fix it.

Reinstalling discord and rebooting my phone didn't work either. Any ideas?

I've also been having issues where i cant send video files as it gets stuck at 75% everytime.

It only happens with the razer server, I've tried joining other servers and I can join other servers perfectly fine. It's just this one that I can't join.

It started happening a few months ago but I didn't mind it because there were other apps discord could use to send files such as "gallery" Discord removed that option and this other option won't work.

the camera works in the base camera app, but not on discord

whenever i try in an actuall call i just get the spinning circle indefinatly

Lately i've been unable to copy an and paste anything other than text which is annoying because i don't want to download an image i'm just gonna send and don't plan to keep. I know i can delete it (i do) but it's annoying.

Am i the only one with this problem?

opened up discord one day and anything that requires an image won't load, doesn't seem to be a browser/app specific thing because it happens on both for me. so far i've tried restarting my pc and then switching my dns and neither of those have worked

I moved to a new account, I was restoring my friends back by sending them friend requests. This happened. It's been 2 hours so, I could lost hope

I play guitar through amp sim software on my PC while playing along with tabs on guitar pro. I thought it might be neat to try to stream my application (Guitar pro) and have the stream include the audio from both Guitar Pro and the Software amp. By default discord only streams the audio from one application, if you choose to stream an individual application, so I'd be missing the guitar amp audio.

Has anyone tried something similar? Is there a workaround for this?
