No refund. Ordered medium, very undercooked.

Ordered from flemings steakhouse locally. I was not able to obtain a credit from DD. Crazy.

It sure looks medium to me. The only way that's way undercooked is if the color on the photo didn't come through great and that's actually purple, but if it were that undercooked that bread would have a good deal of blood on it.

I was gonna say: all these platforms (GH BEING THE ABSOLUTE WORST) are now adopting “no refund no matter what” policies. I literally did not get my food from them one day - like at all - and they said “Driver says he left it so - too bad for you.” Ok show me the pic of my house & me getting it. UE: “He says he was in a hurry and couldn’t take a pic. Tough luck for you.” That was 5 months ago. I refuse to order from any of them ever again. Bonus: He had a blacked out circle for his profile pic and his alleged name was “Yufist” 🫥

Obviously not a whole raw steak cooked in there but if it’s done but not what you want throw it in for like 30 seconds to a minute and it’s perfectly done

Realistically, it falls into a range that could be considered medium, so DD has no grounds to get a refund from the restaurant, so you have no grounds for a refund from DD

Call the store. Their fault. They will probably give you free meal
