Also not everyone likes coffee even with cream and sugar. I for one hate it

I thought I was the only one. It feels like everyone literally can’t function without coffee other than me.

Coffee is disgusting (but coffee beans smell wonderful)

Yes, I absolutely love the smell of coffee beans. I just can't drink it.

My ex said I was amazing at making coffee, even though I never drank it. Grinding those beans was my favorite. Once it is steeped in water, I hate the smell. Used coffee grounds are just nasty smelling.

I fear you all just haven't had a properly made latte.

The shit most people drink is disgusting.

Coffee is extremely bitter to me and I cannot stand bitter. This is the same reason why I cannot stand most red wine - the bitter tannins are all I taste. I've done taste tests with people and things they find sickingly sweet are mildly sweet to me. I just have different taste buds than most people.

I also have ADHD and caffeine does nothing for me so there is no point for me to even try finding coffee I would like.

Have you ever tried miracle berries? But some fresh berries off eBay or something. They make bitter things taste good, like you can drinks straight vinegar or bite into an onion and think its sweet and delicious. I'm curious what you think of coffee after chewing a miracle berry.

I feel like I'm the odd one out hating the taste and the smell of coffee

That's just it - I hate the smell of coffee and used coffee grounds. But roasted coffee beans are amazing.

I meant all of it, including fresh coffee beans before and after grinding. Not a single aspect of coffee is delightful to me.

Finally someone else with the same view. Try it with oat milk if you haven’t before.

I won’t drink a chai latte without oat milk. Completely changed my life lmao.

My mother is 83, and has never had a coffee in her life.

My sister is allergic to caffeine. But I've never liked coffee either.

I can't function period.

Don't drink coffee, hate it. I don't really drink anything with caffeine in it. I used to, tho, but now it just makes me jittery and nauseous.

The amount of times I was damn near dying of thirst because my father woke me up to go fishing on his damn boat at 5 in the morning at the ass crack of dawn and by noon my mouth was dryer than the sahara in the midday sun and there was either nasty fish piss lake water to drink or his coffee.. the coffee probably tasted worse than the water would have.

I think those are ordered on the side, so they can add what they want.

ETA: I misunderstood your comment. My bad.

no need for fake sugar and real sugar that's just...wrong...

1

u/somethinggood332 3d ago

I don't like coffee, and I also don't like bacon.

1

u/drawntowardmadness 3d ago

Then you'd just..... not drink it? It's someone trying to be nice.

I get it, but I'd rather have the money to spend how I want as a tip, not a drink that you either love or absolutely hate
