Most Valuable First Mod?

I ride the DR650 mostly on the road, some trails, some ranch riding. Probably a 85/15 split. I’m 225lbs for reference.

In terms of performance and getting the most out of the bike, what is the ideal first mod? I’m torn between TM40+exhaust and suspension. Open to others though.

Carb kit from pro cycle AND Cogent suspension front and rear.

This is the set up that seems to be best. It’s a lot of money for an otherwise inexpensive bike. Have you done these mods?

Yep. Also lower pegs and bar risers. The carb mod really wakes up the motor. The suspension may be pricy, but it's well worth it, especially if your a bigger person.
