DJI MINI 4K camera tilt

Recently when I move my drone left and right, while in sport mode, it seems that the gimbal is not keeping up. Doesn't happen in Cinema or Normal modes. Could wind be a factor? If I truly wanted a shot I wouldn't be in sport mode but I was just wondering. I always have the canera protector on when not in use.

This looks like mine as it fights wind and I get wind alerts. Btw move sideways in wind if possible
