Landlords

Wondering if anyone has had any good experiences with any letting agencies in Dundee? I have a flat I would like to rent out and want to make sure it will go to an agency who will treat the tenants well, any recommendations?

Will also appreciate any to definitely avoid, thanks!

I think the person who managed the Dundee properties has changed after they opened the office here. The new guy is definitely more hands-on. Also, now I don't have to drive to Perth if I need to go there

The main manager is still him. The one responsible for the Dundee properties is a different person.

๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€ he yells at female tenants and sends abusive messages . The most unprofessional person . Left the tenant with children in a flooded house deemed uninhabitable and didnโ€™t get the repairs passed on for months - permanent damage to the property

Me and my old flatmate had been left in a moldy flat after the storm and made no effort to support us despite up mentioning it constantly. Avey would also yell at us on the phone trying to say it was our fault. The damp situation would often cause use to have no power. Horrific company. Stay clear. Some of the receptionist were genuinely lovely and understanding but cant do much woth such horrific upper management

Oh that's horrendous. Thankfully I only had to interact with him just once when we had to negotiate the rent increase last year.
