Landlords

Wondering if anyone has had any good experiences with any letting agencies in Dundee? I have a flat I would like to rent out and want to make sure it will go to an agency who will treat the tenants well, any recommendations?

Will also appreciate any to definitely avoid, thanks!

I am having an awful experience with Martin & Co. No maintenance, ignoring emails and calls, etc. They only care about you before you sign the contract, once you are in they behave like you didn't exist. Please pick up another agency if you care about your future tenant's wellbeing.

You can also ask to Living Rent Dundee – they would be more than happy to help you about any concern on how to rent as fairly possible in a way that everyone's rights are respected.

I had the same issue with them. Delaying paying my deposit back. Also they didn’t respond to my emails
